About the Role

As a Social Media & Admin Executive, you will play a key role in managing our social media platforms and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our team. Your creativity and organizational skills will help us engage our audience and streamline our processes.

Objectives of this role:


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management


  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our social media strategy


Administrative Support


  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry

  • Maintain organized records and files

  • Support team members with various projects and initiatives

  • Coordinate meetings and events as needed


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience in social media management and administrative roles

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools
