Who needs to register with HRD Corp?
Companies with 10 or more Malaysian employees are required to register, while those with 5 to 9 employees have the option to register.
Note: It is the responsibility of every employer to register with the Human Resources Development (HRD Corp), formerly HRDF, to avoid penalties of up to RM10,000, imprisonment for up to one year, or both, as outlined in the PSMB Act 2001.
